Planning and Resource Guide has been
developed as a planning and resource guide for
teachers and staff members. The sections reflect
the divisions within the Head Start Program
Performance Standards (e.g. program governance.)
Each section contains an overview, background
information, sample forms, and other information
critical to a successful Head Start program and
classroom.
This guide now resides on the ECLS Teacher

access the information in the Guide, click on the
